THE PROJECT

Located on a 1.56-acre site, Winchester Affordable Multifamily Housing is envisioned to be a new, mixed-use, transit-oriented, affordable community that will be located immediately adjacent to the VTA Winchester Station in the City of Campbell.

The proposed development, Winchester Affordable Multifamily Housing, will be designed with a balanced approach, incorporating housing and amenities, and include approximately 100 total units. The unit mix will include studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments for households earning between 30% and 60% Area Median Income. Amenities will include indoor and outdoor common areas and community-serving retail along Winchester Boulevard.  There will be a community room, activity room, resident services offices, shared laundry room, and rooftop with amenity space and a covered terrace.  There will be on-site supportive services, an on-site manager, and resident and transit parking.

The transformative development will offer enhanced conditions for pedestrians, bicyclists, future residents and transit riders. Winchester Affordable Multifamily Housing will support long-term neighborhood goals of placemaking and enhanced connectivity.
